Try Before You Buy

To ensure our service meets your needs, Domain Name Rater provides 100 free credits to every new user upon registration. Additionally, our main feature single domain analysis on the home page is completely free and unlimited for all users. We recommend utilizing these free options before purchasing premium credits for features like Bulk Search or DN Hunter.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally available only in the following specific circumstances:

  • Technical Failures: If you experience a persistent technical error that prevents you from using the credits you purchased, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Missing Credits: If your purchase was successful but the credits were not added to your account due to a system error, and we are unable to manually rectify the balance.

2. Refund Process and Review Period

To request a refund, you must contact our support team through our Support Portal within 2 days of the transaction.

All refund requests are subject to a mandatory review period of up to 7 business days. During this time, we will investigate the technical logs and transaction records to verify the claim. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on our findings.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are NOT available in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply decide you no longer want the credits or the service after the purchase has been completed.
  • User Error: We are not responsible for errors made by the user, such as analyzing an incorrect domain name or purchasing the wrong credit package.
  • Dissatisfaction with Results: Our valuations are estimates generated by AI models for informational purposes. Dissatisfaction with a specific valuation result is not grounds for a refund.
  • Partial Usage: If you have already used any portion of the credits from a purchased package, the entire package becomes non-refundable.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used via Dodo Payments. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
